FIVE ELEMENTS BODY WORKSHOP

This "Five Elements Body workshop” is designed to guide you on a journey through the Five Elements: Earth your Body, Water your blood, Air your breath, Fire your Spirit, Aether or quintessence. & the sub personalities that live inside each and everyone of us, into balance, wholeness, peace, love & harmony. Corresponding to these Five Elements: Earth Physical body, our inner nurturer or feminine. Water, emotional body, our inner child. Air, mental body, our inner warriorress/ warrior. Fire, spiritual body, our Inner Spirit. Aether, our Soul & Higher Self. Release undigested emotions that are hidden in the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. Once these emotions have been removed you will be able to move all your consciousness awareness from living in the duality of the mind, to living within the singularity, unity, oneness of the Heart.

Blending together deep healing bodywork techniques with the Alchemy of energy healing, the Ancient Hopi & native American Medicine Wheel practice, with the assistance of the Pleiadian, Sirian, Andromeda Higher Council of Light and the Ascended Masters who form the Lords of Light of the Rainbow Flames.

Anyone can join this workshop and will learn how to work with the map of consciousness, the falsehood & Truthful emotions in human consciousness, that we can have trapped in our bodies and how we can release them with a detailed Five Elements Body trigger point map.

On this “Five Elements Body workshop” you’ll be taken on a journey of remembering who you really are, an infinite soul straight from the Oneness of All That is. Ever evolving into higher levels of love, light & truth in it’s most purest, most concentrated essence.

We dive into remembering the sacred geometry of creation, the geometry of the heart. How we evolve in our mothers womb from 2 cells into the 7 cells of the Seed of Life. Into the 19 cells of the Flower of Life, the flower of life evolves into the first physical blob in our mothers womb and that very first physical blom evolves into the human heart. The human heart carries the original reality that was created by source that is based on Unity, Singularity, Oneness, the original reality that existed before duality & separation came into this human experiment, yes its just an experiment!

Inside the Heart there are 2 spaces, one inside each other.

The first space is called the sacred space of the Heart, and the inner space is called the Tiny space or the Center of the Heart. They were so all over the world for thousands of years.

The sacred space of the heart contains all the information about you in this life. Step into the heart of the world you are, just as the outside world is real, but older and more original & organic. This is the source of the world we live in. The Tiny space of the heart is the source of all creation, while living in the Center of the Heart, you are connected to creation and experience a state of unity consciousness that was until we landed in duality.

In our past time the brain took a leadership position and everything that is happening in our lives that it reflects and solves, and then it lives. The creation of the brain comes from duality if we want and it is conceived, which comes along with it and what we don't like. This is the law of duality.

Creation of the heart comes from unity. In the heart there is no duality, no shadows. If we create from the heart, the creation of one, for love. And for that it's important to bring the heart and the brain together, the heart is first, the heart knows that we should really be based on who we are and what we should do. And then in your life there is no contradiction, because life is a reflection of your heart ♥️

You’ll remember the sacred space inside your heart and the Center within your heart. To be able to keep living in the heart we have to keep doing our inner shadow work and much of the work is about release trapped falsehood emotions in the physical, emotional, mental & spiritual bodies. For this we will dive into the map of consciousness by spiritual psychiatrist David Hawkins and how you can use this map, with the knowledge of the Human Logical system to release these emotions that might get you triggered into lower states of consciousness.

We will be learning you how to release the emotions on someone and then you’ll also be receiving the techniques yourself. So you know how it should feel and what it does for you and how you can help others with these profoundly effective techniques. Healing Humanity through loving Touch!

After exploring on each other, we’ll go into an heart awakening Medicine Wheel practice to clear your Physical, Emotional, Mental & Spiritual bodies and sub personalities that are connected to these different bodies: Inner Nurturer, Inner Child, Inner Warrior/ Warrioress, Inner Spirit. With this assistance of the Pleiadian, Sirian, Andromeda Archangels of Light who form the Dolphin Star Temple Higher Council of Light and the ascended masters who all together form the Lords of Light of the Rainbow Flames. For you can use their beautiful energies to give you an filtering system around your energy field. Which is what you’ll receive during this heart awakening practice. Where you’ll be guided to unify your energy with the energy of mother earth, father sky and purify your energy field, aura, chakras and body with these Rainbow Flames.

Once you’ve moved through the purification with the Medicine Wheel Practice & Rainbow Flames, you’ll be guided to move your single point of awareness, consciousness & spirit from the pineal gland down to the throat, from the throat into the heart through the backdoor of the heart. You’ll trust into your intuition, your knowing without knowing that just knows and with that intention and the breath you’ll be moving your consciousness, awareness, spirit into the sacred space of the heart. Once in the heart, the first thing you do there is, you ask for there to be light and allow the light to come to you like a dimmer switch slowly becoming more. Then you’ll give yourself a mantra inside the sacred space of the heart for you to remember your way back to this space when ever you wish to return.

Then you’ll meditate in the sacred space, the light in your own heart and start holding the intention to move inside the heart once more and when that movement stops you’ll be in the tiny most sacred space or smallest space inside the heart, with that intention and the breath you’ll make that move naturally organically magnetically. Once you are inside the hidden chamber of the heart, you will be healing your heart from the inside out. Strengthening your electromagnetic field, the aura, the torus field that surrounds the body with a apple shape from within the unity, oneness, singularity of the heart, the heart only knows the Oneness of life. The heart is our seed to the soul for Living in Mana - Reconnect to your Essence.

How it works (the process);

With your consciousness, awareness and spirit reconnected to living spirit of mother earth, father sky you’ll be guided to move your awareness where ever the touch goes, you go. So that your awareness is connected to the touch on your bodies from the inside and the touch is connected to the memories or undigested emotions from the outside and together they create a synergy effect for the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies to let go of any falsehood emotions. This is why Bodywork is called bodywork, as its another word for holistic massage and holistic means that the intention is to work on all energy body levels, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

Heart awakening Medicine Wheel Practice with the Lords of Light of the Rainbow Flames:

1.) The White Flame of Divine Truth will be immediately outside your aura, nearest you. This flame dissolves illusionary and false energies and holds the frequency of Divine Truth. Lords of the white flame are Shakti, Osiris, Serapis Bey and Archangel Gabriel.

2) The Ruby Red Flame is next. It energises and restores energy flow to your physical body. It is great for dissolving resistance and defensiveness and releasing anger. Lords of the ruby red flame are White Calf Women, Hiawatha and Archangel Uriel.

3) Next is the Carnelian Orange Flame, which purifies and balances your emotional body and sexual energy and restores healthy flow to those energies. It holds the energy of healthy sexual flow and emotional stability and surrender. Lords of the orange flame are Radha, Krishna & Archangel Nathaniel.

4) The Golden Yellow Flame is next. It purifies and cleanses the lower mental body and will center. This flame also assists you in aligning with Divine Will and Divine Power in practical ways. Lords of the golden yellow flame are Gautama the Buddha, Deodata & Archangel Jophiel.

5) The Emerald Green Flame comes after the Golden Yellow Flame, bringing balance and compassion to your heart center. This flame is wonderful for healing grief, clearing issues around worth and shame, and finding your balance point in your heart. It holds the frequency of compassion and deservingness of love. Lords of the emerald green flame are Green Tara, Chen-Resi & Archangel Raphael.

6) Next is the Sapphire Blue Flame, which is a very clear, lighter shade of sapphire. It opens and purifies your communication centers, allowing expression of your essence in all that vou say and creatively express. It helps to restore confidence and flow to self-expression and creativity. Lords of the sapphire blue flame are Yeshua, Mary Magdalene, Archangel Michael.

7) The Indigo Flame purifies and balances your higher mental body, enabling you to project your higher vision and Truths into your world without judgment and false projections of beliefs and ego attitudes. This flame holds the frequency of alignment with Divine Mind and higher vision. Lords of the indigo flame are Archangel Raziel.

8) Next is the Violet Flame, which raises the frequency of all energies to their higher nature. It is often thought of as the flame of alchemical transmutation, taking base energies and raising them to their higher spiritual purpose, like lead into gold. The Violet Flame is wonderful for aligning all other energy bodies with spirit. Lords of the violet flame are Lord Maitreya, Quan Yin, Stain German, Archangel Zadkiel.

9) The last flame around your aura is the Heart Pink Flame. This flame holds the frequency of pure, innocent Divine Love and is, naturally, very healing for your heart. Archangel Chamuel.

At the end of the Rainbow Flame portion of the meditation, you will be guided to leave the

Rainbow Flames around your aura, in the order given above. Before that, you will use the

Rainbow Flames to purify and balance your energy bodies. Your physical, emotional, mental, etheric, astral, and spiritual energy bodies all overlap throughout your body and aura. Sometimes pollution from dense energies can overflow from one energy body to another. This meditation, used over time, will assist in clearing this problem and restoring healthy balance and cooperation between your various energy bodies.

After the Rainbow Flames purification we’ll be guiding you through the Medicine Wheel Practice. Your Inner Infant & Inner Child will always be part of the Matrix of your Mastery.

How is your relationship to your Inner Matrix? This Ancient Medicine Wheel practice from Native American Hopi tribe dates back 26.000 years to Polynesian/ Lemuria and its a very profound tool to balance, harmonise and healing all aspects within your Sacred Self.

The direction of the South is the direction of the Earth element, the direction of your Body, it’s the direction of your Inner Nurturer, who wants to be and receive nurturing and care for your Body, your Highest Creation in this Physical Human Experience. Ask your inner nurturer what is your name? how are you? What do you want, need & desire to feel nurtured, balanced and in harmony with life.

The direction of the West is the direction of the Water element, sunset, it’s your emotional Body, your Inner Child who holds on to your subconscious part of mind that is hidden in the physical part of mind, in the body. It’s the creative, playful, joyful, blissful one who want to be playful and creative.

The direction of the North is the direction of the Air element, it’s the direction of the mental body, the active doing thinking one, the ego or you Inner Warrior/ Warrioress. In the ideal situation the Ego is surrendered into the noble & benevolent servant to your Soul, Spirit, Nurturer, Child’s wants, needs and desires.

The direction of the East is the direction of the Fire element, direction of the Sunrise, Spirit Rising for a New Beginning in the East. It’s the direction for your Inner Spirit. The spiritual One who wants to consciously and spiritually evolve. 

Once you have balance your personal shield, your chakras and auric field, you will be guided into the heart and into the two spaces within each other for your to reconnect to your essence. As the heart is the seed to the soul. Living in the heart - Reconnect to your Essence. This will be the end of this 4,5 hours workshop.
