HOW TO DO YOUR SHADOW ALCHEMY IN TRANSCENDING THE NEGATIVE EGO

The negative ego, the shadow is the aspect of your personality that refuses to surrender to spirit, wants to be in control, keeps you feeling separate & wants you to feel special. It doesn’t matter whether you feel better than or less than, as long as you feel special 🥳

We have to transform & transcend our shadow, negative Ego allurements & karmic patterns. 7 primary vices or ego allurements, that are specific to the Lemurian, Atlantean, Egyptian & Dolphin Star Temple mystery school teachings are; lust, laziness, gluttony, pride, anger, envy & greed.

The 7 karmic patterns are: arrogance, addiction, prejudice, hatred, violence, victim-hood & shame. These seven karmic patterns & ego allurements are specifically the traps of the negative ego, the shadow. Primary subconscious & conscious karmic vices that where developed in past patriarchi & matriarchi cycles in our galaxy.

In the mystery school teachings, humans must overcome these ego allurements prior to attaining spiritual powers, psychic powers & “Awakening to their Full Sensory Perception” as these karmic patterns & ego allurements will block the person from seeing through the eyes of Divine Truth & their Divine Soul Essence.

We are all unique beings of light, born into this world as equals, non of us are more or less special, in our Divine Essence we are all One of the same Source, Creator, God, in the eyes of Oneness we are One & One with the love of God/ Goddess/ All That Is 🤍

Heaven is being brought back on Earth, while we transcend the negative ego allurements & karmic patterns by sending the ego LOVE. You can’t transcend the negative ego or the shadow with more negativity, fear & darkness, only love, acceptence, softening can win over negativity, fear & darkness. Over the next few weeks I’ll be diving into the depth of Shadow work & transcending the negative ego.

As the Aquarian Alchemist that I am, I am being guided to use a synthesis of methods for transcending the negative ego, the shadow, here my toolbox:

1. Identify a core shadow pattern (use Human Design/ Gene Keys or your emotional triggers).

2. Contemplate the Gene Key:

  • Read the Shadow, Gift, and Siddhi of your Gene Key.

  • Reflect on how it shows up in your life.

    3. Use Shadow Work:

  • Journal, meditate or dialogue with the shadow.

  • Ask: What is this trying to protect? What deeper emotion, subconscious negative belief or contract is underneath?

    4. Use my wisdom gained from the Dolphin Star Temple mystery school in healing & reading the aura, chakras and different energy bodies with my own Etheric TV screen, my own Sword of Truth to clear out negative beliefs, contracts, thought forms, judgements or any form of negativity related to the negative ego.

    5. Calibrate the state with the letting go of the Map of Consciousness:

  • Identify the emotional state and level of consciousness you’re in.

  • Use letting go meditation, breathwork & clearing subconscious negative belief or contract to shift into a higher state (e.g., from Pride to Courage or Acceptance or Love).

    6. Embody the Gene Key Gift:

  • Intentionally practice the Gift frequency in daily life. The Gift frequency brings you into alignment with higher states of consciousness (Acceptance, Reason, Love).

  • Over time, this becomes your natural baseline.

This is the essence of shadow alchemy & transcending the negative ego for me:

Human Design/ Gene Keys + Map of Consciousness

  • You can use the Map of Consciousness as a directional compass, while the Gene Keys offer you personalized keys for evolution.

  • Each Gene Key gives you a specific shadow frequency to observe and transmute.

  • The Gift frequency brings you into alignment with higher states of consciousness (Acceptance, Reason, Love).

• The Siddhi aligns with the highest levels on Hawkins’ scale (Peace, Enlightenment).

Let start with transcending the karmic patterns:

The karmic pattern of arrogance that we are in the process of transcending from our negative ego, the shadow, would generally fall into the lower levels of consciousness, particularly around the level of Pride, which calibrates at 175 Map of Consciousness.

Here’s how that fits into the map:

• Pride (175): This is the highest level of the lower, negative energy states. It often feels good subjectively—people feel confident, accomplished, & important—but it is still below the critical threshold of Courage (200), where consciousness shifts from destructive to constructive, where true personal growth begins.

• Pride is defensive, easily threatened & vulnerable to attack.

• Arrogance specifically is a form of inflated pride, where the ego becomes over-identified with superiority & there’s often judgment, separation, entitlement, a lack of openness & surrendering to Spirit.

In short, arrogance is an expression of ego-based pride & although it might appear strong or powerful, it’s as an energetic block that prevents growth into higher, more liberating states of consciousness like Courage (200), Acceptance (350), or Love (500).

Pride feels empowering compared to lower states, but it’s fragile—based on external validation, superiority, or status. It blocks humility, learning & unconditional love, which are higher-frequency states.

To transcend arrogance (Pride):

  • Cultivate humility (which calibrates higher): See yourself as a student of life. Humility opens the door to higher awareness.

  • Surrender the ego’s need to be right, superior or special. Practice letting go of the emotional payoff from being “above” others as we are all born as equals to love each other as equals.

  • Aim for Courage & Acceptance: These are major thresholds. Courage allows vulnerability and openness, while Acceptance embraces the self and others without judgment.

Practice: Use Hawkins’ Letting Go technique. When arrogance arises, pause & feel it fully without resistance. Don’t act on it, don’t suppress it. Let it move through you.

From a shadow work perspective, arrogance is a defense mechanism—a mask that hides insecurity, fear, or unworthiness.

Steps for working with it:

1 Identify the shadow behind arrogance

Ask:

-What am I trying to protect?

-What would I feel if I dropped the arrogance?

-What subconscious negative belief, contract do I have to clear here

Often the answer is shame, inadequacy, or fear of being seen as weak.

2 Own & integrate the shadow

  • Accept that the arrogant parts of you have been trying to keep you safe.

  • Dialogue & mediate with your “inner arrogant self.” Ask what it wants & what it’s afraid of & identify any subconscious beliefs or contracts that you have to clear.

  • Offer compassion to the part of you that feels small and needs to inflate itself.

3 Reclaim humility & authenticity

  • Embrace vulnerability. Arrogance is armor; humility is open-hearted strength.

  • Practice authentic connection—sharing from the heart, not from status or superiority.

Human Design & Gene Keys, developed by Richard Rudd, are based on the I Ching and involve three frequency bands within each key:

  • Shadow: The unconscious pattern or survival mechanism

  • Gift: The transformation that occurs when the shadow is integrated

  • Siddhi: The highest divine essence or embodiment of that key

So, every Gene Key maps a pathway of transmutation—from shadow to light, fear to love. This aligns perfectly with shadow work and the Map of Consciousness.

Combining Shadow Work, The Map Of Consciousness & Gene Keys, you can think of it like this:

  • Shadow work brings unconscious patterns into conscious awareness so they can be healed.

  • The Map of Consciousness provides a directional compass for energetic growth—moving from pride to humility, acceptance, and love.

  • The Gene Keys: A Bridge Between Shadow and Higher Consciousness

Gene Key 31 – Arrogance → Leadership → Humility

Shadow (Arrogance): Inflated ego, need to dominate

Gift (Leadership): Natural influence through presence and heart-centered direction

Siddhi (Humility): A total surrender of egoic identity, becoming a vessel for the divine

Now compare that to the Map of Consciousness:

• Arrogance (Pride – ~175)

• Leadership (Courage/Acceptance – 200–350)

• Humility (Love – 500+)

You can see how each frequency band correlates with different levels on Hawkins’ scale.

Shadow work is baked into the Gene Keys process—particularly in the contemplation of the shadow aspects of each Gene Key. Here’s how:

Awareness of the Shadow: You begin by recognizing the shadow pattern in your life.

Compassion & Acceptance: Rather than fighting or fixing it, you sit with it, inquire into it, and embrace it.

Transmutation: As you hold loving awareness, the shadow naturally starts to shift into the Gift.

The karmic pattern of prejudice, (pre-judging someone or something unfairly) that we are in the process of transcending from the negative ego, the shadow corresponds to a low vibrational level of consciousness, typically associated with the energy levels of Pride (175), Anger (150), or Fear (100)—depending on its expression.

While Hawkins doesn’t always define each specific term like “prejudice” individually, it fits well within the ego-driven & separation-based states that characterize the lower levels of consciousness. Here’s how it relates:

  • Pride (175): Prejudice often stems from a sense of superiority or identification with a group that sees itself as “better” than others. At this level, people defend their beliefs & identities but are easily offended and closed to other perspectives.

  • Anger (150): Prejudice can also come from frustration or hostility toward others, often because of perceived threats or injustices. Anger can be a motivator for action, but it still lacks the power of love or reason.

  • Fear (100): Some prejudice arises from fear—fear of the unknown, fear of others who are different, or fear of losing one’s way of life or status.

At these levels, consciousness is contracted & the worldview is dominated by duality, judgment & separation. Hawkins emphasizes that healing prejudice requires rising to higher levels of consciousness such as Acceptance (350), Love (500) & above—where unity, understanding & compassion become natural.

While prejudice & discernment both involve forming judgments, they’re fundamentally different in how and why those judgments are made:

Prejudice:

  • Based on assumptions, stereotypes, or limited information.

  • Often emotional, irrational, or biased.

  • Usually negative & unfair.

  • Example: Assuming someone is dishonest just because of their appearance or background.

Discernment:

  • Based on insight, understanding & careful observation.

  • Rational & informed.

  • Often associated with wisdom or good judgment.

  • Example: Noticing consistent behavior over time & concluding someone might not be trustworthy—based on evidence, not bias.

In short:

Prejudice is judging without knowing, negative judgement;

Discernment is knowing before judging, positive judgement.

When used together, the Map of Consciousness, Shadow Work & the Gene Keys become a powerful trinity for deep transformation. Shadow Alchemy is exactly the right term here. You’re taking dense, negative, reactive energies like prejudice & transmuting them into self-awareness, compassion & even spiritual power.

Let’s walk through how to use these three tools synergistically in the process of Shadow Alchemy to transcend prejudice.

1. IDENTIFY THE SHADOW (Awareness)

Tool: Shadow Work

Start with raw honesty. Prejudice shows up as irritation, agitation, judgment, avoidance, or superiority.

Ask yourself:

•Who or what do I judge quickly or harshly?

•What traits or behaviors trigger me in others?

•Where do I feel “better than” or “less than”?

•What subconscious beliefs or contracts do I have to clear here?

This is shadow surfacing. These projections are gold—because the shadow isn’t the enemy, it’s your teacher.

2. LOCATE IT IN MAP of CONSCIOUSNESS (Energy Calibration)

Now calibrate the emotion behind the judgment. What’s the energetic charge?

Fear (100): “They’re a threat.”

Anger (150): “They’re wrong/bad”

Pride (175): “I’m better than them/him/her.”

Guilt/Shame (20–30): “I was taught to hate this.” Also see my previous post!

3. TRANSMUTE THROUGH CONTEMPLATION (Gene Keys as DNA Light Codes)

Each Shadow in the Gene Keys carries a Gift & a Siddhi. Prejudice lives in the Shadow frequency, but within it is a higher essence trying to awaken.

Steps:

•Identify the Gene Key most relevant to the shadow you’re working with.

•Contemplate the Shadow, then the Gift—don’t rush. Sit with it.

•Ask:

What’s the evolutionary purpose of this prejudice?

•How does it want to evolve into a gift of understanding, connection, or service?

Gene Key 18 – Shadow:

Judgment → Gift: Integrity → Siddhi: Perfection

Prejudice is distorted judgment.

When transmuted, it becomes clear discernment and divine refinement.

This contemplation is what turns the lead of judgment into the gold of wisdom.

4. Integrate through presence (Alchemy in Real Life)

Now comes embodiment. Notice when the prejudice surfaces again—not to shame yourself, but to apply awareness.

Practice:

Pause when you’re triggered.

Breathe into the emotion.

Ask: What does this part of me need to feel safe?

Shift from projection to integration: “This trait lives in me too.”

This is compassion in action, the real alchemy.

5. Elevate through Devotion (Return to Unity)

As you practice this alchemical process, your vibration naturally rises. You begin to move from duality & separation (prejudice) to unity & single eye consciousness.

Love (500) begins to replace fear.

You see others not as “other” but as mirrors & messages.

You embody the Gift frequency more consistently.

Now, even your wounds become portals of wisdom. You’ve transcended—not by bypassing—but by embracing the shadow as sacred.

Final Thought:

Prejudice isn’t something to destroy—it’s something to transmute.

It’s the compost that grows the flower of your higher self.

Here’s a way to weave together Shadow Alchemy in transcending your shadows, negative ego’s, karmic pattern of addiction in a meaningful & transformative way:

1. Map of Consciousness:

Identify your baseline: Ask yourself honestly where does your addiction feel like it resonates? Shame, guilt, fear (20–100)? These are low vibrational states where addiction often takes root.

•Set an intention to rise: Make your goal not just to stop the behavior but to raise your level of being. Courage (200) is the tipping point. Move from guilt into courage, from apathy into willingness.

Daily calibration: Use affirmations, prayer, letting go meditation or kinesiology to help shift into higher states like acceptance, love & peace.

2. Shadow Work – Embrace the Disowned Self

Addiction often stems from a desire to escape parts of ourselves we’ve rejected or buried.

Explore your shadows: What are you trying not to feel? What part of you is the addict? Get curious about the unmet needs & pain behind the behavior.

•Dialogue with the addict: Give your addiction a voice. Journal or speak out loud “Why are you here? What do you need from me?”

Radical self-compassion: Don’t try to kill the addict; integrate them. Often, they’re protecting a wounded inner child or defending against overwhelming emotion.

3. Gene Keys – Unlocking Your Higher Potential

The Gene Keys offer a contemplative way to transform your DNA & consciousness by working through your shadows into your gifts & siddhis.

Contemplate your profile: Look especially at your core wound (Radiance & Purpose) & emotional patterns (EQ, SQ). These show the deeper themes behind your struggles.

Sit with the Shadow: Every Gene Key has a shadow, gift & siddhi. Don’t rush to the gift. Fully feel & allow the shadow. It contains the seed of your transformation.

Activate your Gift: Once the shadow is accepted, the gift naturally begins to emerge. Addiction becomes a portal into purpose, creativity, service & self-realization.

4. Subconscious Belief & Contract Clearing – Rewiring the Root

Many addictive behaviors are rooted in subconscious programs from early life, family lineage, collective patterns or past lives.

Uncover limiting beliefs: Use techniques like meditation, hypnotherapy, energy healing, regression therapy or akashic records channeling to discover beliefs like “I am not enough,” “I don’t deserve love,” or “Pain is safer than presence.”

Clear energetic contracts: You may have made subconscious contracts like “I’ll carry my father’s pain” or “If I suffer, they’ll love me” or “I have to escape my wound/ empty void, pain by reaching for freedom”. Renounce them gently:

“I release all contracts that bind me to addiction as a form of love, protection, or punishment.”

Install new programs: Replace cleared beliefs with empowered ones like: “I choose peace and presence. I am worthy of joy. My true self is free.”

Putting It All Together – A Daily Practice

Here’s how it might look practically:

1. Morning – Contemplation on a Gene Key & brief meditation on your current frequency (Map of Consciousness).

2. Throughout the day – Witness triggers & cravings as portals to shadow work.

3. Evening – Journal your shadows, do inner child integration & clear any beliefs or contracts that surfaced.

4. Weekly/Monthly – Review your progress. Notice if your baseline emotional state is rising. Celebrate even subtle shifts.

Final Note

This journey isn’t about being perfect it’s about becoming whole, being real & authentic so let this be real & authentic with the intention of becoming whole. Addiction is often a sacred messenger, asking you to come back to your soul, your body, your truth.

Transcending the negative ego’s karmic pattern of hatred using Shadow Alchemy, is a deep, multidimensional process that gets to the root cause of your evolution into higher consciousness. Here’s a synthesis that weaves these together into a path of deep transformation:

1. Acknowledge & Accept the Shadow (Hatred)

-Shadow Alchemy begins with radical acceptance. Hatred is often a mask for deeper pain: rejection, betrayal, humiliation, powerlessness.

-Avoid moralizing or judging the emotion. Instead, witness it neutrally.

Gene Keys Insight: Identify the Gene Key(s) most aligned with hatred or emotional volatility (e.g., Gene Key 6 – Conflict/Peace, Gene Key 55 – Victimhood/Freedom). Read the shadow aspects & how they transmute.

2. Use the Map of Consciousness

-Hatred calibrates at 150, a destructive frequency rooted in anger and resentment.

-Your goal is to move up the scale through:

-Courage (200) – owning your feelings without blame.

-Acceptance (350) – integrating the shadow.

-Love (500+) – seeing the divine in all experiences & loving all parts unconditionally.

Practice: Daily contemplation of how hatred drains your energy, lowers your field & contracts your reality.

3. Uncover Belief Contracts & Soul Agreements

-Ask yourself:

-“What belief do I hold that justifies hatred?”

-“What wound is this protecting?”

-“What soul-level agreement did I make that still plays out through conflict or vengeance?”

-These might include subconscious oaths like:

-“I must defend myself at all costs.”

-“People always hurt me, so I must hate them first.”

-“unconditional universal love is dangerous.”

Ritual/Practice: Write down belief contracts, say them aloud, then burn or rewrite them with new affirmations rooted in empowerment & unity.

4. Subconscious Reprogramming

-Use methods like:

Trance channeled medium healing with Energy healing & Akashic Records hypnosis to rewire the subconscious, as done in my sessions.

-Affirmations & NLP: “I am safe in unconditional universal love. I choose peace.”

-Visualization: See the hated one as a mirror of my own disowned self, offer compassion & unconditional love to that part.

You can use sound healing to assist in reprogramming.

5. Shadow Work Integration

-Journal prompts:

-“When did I first feel this hatred?”

-“What does this emotion want to protect?

-“What power do I gain from this hatred?”

-Engage in dialogue with the shadow (e.g., Active Imagination – Jungian technique).

-Offer the shadow archetype a new role: instead of protector through hatred, let it become a guardian of boundaries through clarity & unconditional universal love.

6. Contemplate the Gift (Gene Keys Process)

-Each Gene Key shadow has a gift and a siddhi.

-For example, Gene Key 6 goes from Conflict (shadow) to Diplomacy (gift) to Peace (siddhi).

-Sit daily with this movement. Ask:

-“What lesson is this hatred trying to bring me?”

-“What is the higher frequency trying to emerge?”

Use Richard Rudd’s contemplation practice: “Pause. Breathe. Open. Listen.”

7. Daily Practice for Alchemical Transmutation

Morning Ritual:

-Grounding meditation.

-Embodied affirmation (speak aloud with energy):

-“I release the karmic patterns of hatred. I choose presence, compassion & truth.”

Evening Reflection:

-Note any triggers.

-Ask: “What did this show me about my inner landscape?”

Weekly Ceremony:

-Write letters to aspects of yourself or others you’ve held hatred toward.

-Burn them to release & transmute the energetic cords.

39th Shadow is all about provocation, it often leads to violence, verbal or non verbal violence.

Transcending the karmic pattern of violence rooted in the negative ego shadow, you can use a multidimensional synthesis of Shadow Alchemy. Here’s a step-by-step path for weaving them into a coherent transformational process:

1. Awareness and Identification (Shadow Work & Gene Keys)

-Shadow Work: Identify the core wound and the shadow aspect related to violence (either expressed outward or internalized).

-Ask: Where in my life do I experience control, anger, agitation, power struggles, or suppression towards myself (self gaslighting) or projected outwardly (gaslighting)?

-Gene Keys: Use your Hologenetic Profile to discover your personal shadows (e.g., Gene Key 6 – Conflict, or 38 – Struggle). Reflect on where violence may show up emotionally, mentally, or energetically.

-Shadow → Gift → Siddhi: Track the frequency movement.

2. Emotional Integration (Shadow Alchemy)

-Feel the emotion fully: Violence often masks deep hurt, powerlessness, or fear.

-Practice bodywork & somatic awareness: Locate it in the body. Let it express non-destructively.

-Engage in alchemical transmutation:

-Step 1: Presence the shadow (without judgment).

-Step 2: Dialogue with the part (what does it want? fear? need?).

-Step 3: Love & integrate it — not reject.

3. Subconscious Belief & Contract Clearing

-Identify subconscious beliefs:

“Violence is the only way to be heard.”

“Agitation is the only way to be heard.

“Power comes through domination.”

“I deserve self punishment.”

Use tools like:

-Trance Channel Medium & akashic record reading sessions to reveal the beliefs, like in my sessions.

-Clear ancestral, soul & karmic level contracts.

-Affirm releasing with intention:

-“I now release & rescind all soul contracts & agreements that bind me to the cycle of violence, consciously or unconsciously. I reclaim my power in peace & presence.”

4. Map of Consciousness

-Violence aligns with lower levels: Guilt, Shame, Anger, Pride.

-The goal: Raise your energetic baseline into Courage (200) & up into Love (500).

-Daily practices: Forgiveness, gratitude, presence.

-Meditation or contemplation on higher states (e.g., compassion, acceptance).

5. Synthesis & Integration

-Create rituals that weave the systems:

-Start with contemplation (Gene Keys).

Move into bodywork & somatic shadow alchemy (emotional processing).

-Follow with subconscious clearing.

-End with Map of Consciousness practices (higher vibrations).

-Journal prompts:

-What is the hidden gift beneath this shadow?

-What belief am I ready to dissolve?

-Who would I be without this story?

6. Embodiment

-Transformation isn’t complete until embodied:

-Anchor new patterns via conscious choice in triggering moments.

-Embody the gift frequency (e.g., from Struggle → Perseverance).

-Practice loving presence in daily life. Even to the inner violent voice.

7. Ongoing Devotion

-Healing violence (internal or ancestral) is a sacred journey. Commit to:

-Gentle, persistent inner work.

-Ceremony, art, dance, movement to express & integrate.

-Connection with Source / Higher Self for guidance & strength.

Transcending the negative ego shadow of victimhood through shadow alchemy is a deep transformational process that touches all layers of your being—mental, emotional, physical, and energetic. It’s not about denying pain or bypassing trauma, but about consciously integrating what was once unconscious. It involves transforming the subconscious programming that keeps you bound to suffering, blame, or helplessness, into empowerment & sovereignty.

1. Recognize & Witness the Victim Shadow (Awareness)

-The first alchemical step is to recognize the victim pattern without judgment. Notice recurring thoughts like:

-“Why does this always happen to me?”

-“I’m powerless to change this.”

-“They did this to me.”

-Use the Map of Consciousness to locate where you are resonating:

-Victimhood often dwells in guilt 30, apathy 50, grief 75, or fear 100 (all below 200).

-The key is to raise awareness to the observer consciousness (neutrality & above).

2. Clear Subconscious Beliefs & Soul Contracts

-Victimhood is often rooted in unconscious agreements, past life imprints, or inner child wounds.

Techniques:

-Use Trance Channeled Medium Aura & Chakra healing & akashic records readings to get to the root cause of victimhood, just as in my sessions, past life regression or hypnotherapy to reprogram beliefs like:

-“I deserve to suffer.”

-“If I forgive, I’ll lose my power.”

-“I need others to save me.”

-Consciously revoke soul contracts (through ritual or prayer) that bind you to powerlessness.

3. Engage in Deep Shadow Work

-Carl Jung said: “One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious.”

-Shadow work tools:

-Journaling triggers & asking: “What part of me does this reflect?”

-Parts Work (IFS) – identify the “victim part” & dialogue with it.

-Embrace the gifts behind the wound: the victim shadow hides your power, voice & Truth.

4. Gene Keys – Embrace the Higher Frequency

-Identify the Gene Keys in your hologenetic profile that deal with victim consciousness (e.g., GK 55 – Victimization → Freedom).

-Contemplate the shadow frequency of your Gene Key:

-What emotional patterns are repeating?

-What gift lies behind the fear?

-Use the threefold path of the Gene Keys:

Contemplation – gentle awareness.

-Inquiry – asking deeper questions.

-Patience – allowing transformation over time.

5. Apply Shadow Alchemy (Transmutation of Energy)

Alchemy means transforming base energies (lead) into higher consciousness (gold).

Steps:

  1. Feel fully – allow the emotion of victimhood to be felt without judgment.

  2. Name it – call out the shadow pattern consciously.

  3. Bless it – thank it for the role it played in your evolution.

  4. Release it – breathe it out, move the energy, burn the story.

  5. Replace it – affirm a new identity, like:

  • “I am the sovereign creator of my reality.”

  • “I reclaim my power with compassion.”

6. Raise Your Vibration with the Map of Consciousness

-Consciously cultivate courage (200) & up:

-Forgiveness (350) releases others & yourself.

-Love (500) alchemizes the shadow.

-Joy and Peace (540–600) dissolve duality & reclaim unity.

Practices:

-Daily gratitude.

-Heart-centered meditation.

-Service to others (shifts from “me” to “we”).

7. Embody Your Sovereignty

-Reclaim authorship of your story.

-Align with your Higher Self & soul purpose.

-Use embodiment practices: breathwork, dance, ritual & voice to anchor new identity.

Shame usually comes from the core wound, shame, avoidance, drama, repels or shocks others with chaos.

Transcending the negative ego shadow of shame is a deeply alchemical process that requires a multidimensional approach—integrating mind, body, and soul.

1. Understand the Energetic Nature of Shame

Map of Consciousness places shame at the lowest frequency (20). It is the energy of “I am bad” (vs guilt’s “I did bad”).

-Shame disconnects you from your essence, often rooted in early childhood imprinting or trauma.

-Goal: Raise the frequency from shame (20) to courage (200) & beyond, towards love (500) & peace (600).

2. Shadow Alchemy – Transmutation Through Awareness

Shadow alchemy involves transforming unconscious, rejected parts of yourself into integrated power.

Steps:

-Identify the shame-based shadow pattern. E.g., fear of being seen, unworthiness, self-rejection.

-Embrace and Witness without judgment.

Say: “I see you, shame. You’re not me, but a part of my experience.”

-Feel it fully—not with the mind, but in the body.

-Ask what it taught you. There’s always a hidden gift.

3. Subconscious Belief & Contract Clearing

Shame is often supported by unconscious agreements made to stay safe, accepted, or small.

Practices:

-Use muscle testing or pendulum to uncover root beliefs & contracts like:

-“It’s not safe to be myself.”

-“I must carry the shame of my family.”

-“I deserve to suffer for who I am.”

Use clearing statements:

-“I now revoke, rescind, renounce & destroy all soul contracts, vows & agreements made in this or any lifetime that bind me to shame.”

-“I choose freedom, self-love & truth now.”

4. Emotional Release Bodywork

Shame gets stored in the body, especially in the pelvis, hips, psoas, solar plexus, heart, throat.

5. Gene Keys – Shadow to Siddhi Alchemy

Find your Gene Key(s) related to shame, unworthiness, rejection, or fear (such as GK 33, 48, 36, 22, 47).

Process:

-Contemplate the Shadow > Gift > Siddhi pathway.

-E.g., GK 22: Dishonor > Graciousness > Grace

-Sit with the shadow without trying to fix it.

-Let the awareness dissolve the pattern over time.

This is a passive alchemy—you don’t do, you allow.

6. Shadow Work Journaling & Parts Integration

-Dialogue with the part of you that holds the shame.

-Ask: “What are you afraid would happen if you let go of this shame?”

-“When did you first feel this way?”

-Use IFS (Internal Family Systems) or parts work to befriend and integrate the shadow.

7. Raise Your Frequency: Map of Consciousness Integration

-Use practices that raise your emotional baseline, such as:

-Gratitude journaling (vibration ~540)

-Living in the Heart coherence breathing

-Acts of service or compassion

-As you release shame, consciously anchor in new emotional states like acceptance, courage, or peace.

8. Daily Practices for Transcendence

-Morning intention: “I choose to embody my essence, not my shame.”

-Mirror work: Look into your eyes and affirm your truth.

-Create rituals of release: Fire burning ceremonies for old beliefs.

-Surround yourself with frequency-elevating music, nature, and community.

Lets also dive into the 7 primary vices or ego allurements, that are specific to the Lemurian, Atlantean, Egyptian & Dolphin Star Temple mystery school teachings are; lust, laziness, gluttony, pride, anger, envy & greed.

Transcending the negative ego’s allurement of lust using Shadow Alchemy, is a deeply integrative spiritual & psychological process.

Here’s a roadmap to help you work through it with clarity & depth:

1. Recognize the Shadow of Lust

Lust in this context isn’t just sexual craving—it’s often a manifestation of a deeper unmet need: love, connection, power, validation, etc.

Recognize what lust is masking in your psyche.

-Shadow Alchemy Step: Name the Shadow. Bring the unconscious into awareness.

-Ask: “What does this craving really want beneath the surface?”

-Lust may be a stand-in for loneliness, worthlessness, powerlessness, etc.

2. Use the Map of Consciousness

Lust typically vibrates around 125 on Hawkins’ scale—a draining, compulsive state. The aim is to transcend it by integrating it, not repressing it.

-Transcend through presence: Move from 125 (Desire) to 250 (Neutrality) and beyond (Love, Joy).

-Use muscle testing or inner resonance to sense where your energy currently rests.

-Practice letting go (a key Hawkins tool): Feel the lust fully without acting on it—observe it, allow it, and release the charge.

3. Reprogram Subconscious Beliefs & Agreements

Much of lust arises from inner programs & cultural scripts embedded in childhood.

-Common subconscious beliefs:

“I need sexual attention to feel loved.”

“I am only worthy if I’m desired.”

“Pleasure is the only escape from pain.”

-Use tools like:

-Hypnotherapy, past life regression, self-hypnosis

-Affirmations with emotional anchoring

-Trance Channel Medium Aura & Chakra reading & healing like in my Full Sensory Perception Alchemy & Bodywork session

-ThetaHealing, PSYCH-K, or NLP to rewire beliefs.

-Practice affirmative statements like:

“I am whole without external validation.”

“My power is in my presence, not in possession.”

4. Work Through the Gene Keys

Each Gene Key maps a shadow, a gift, and a siddhi.

Lust is often linked with Gene Key 28 (Shadow: Purposelessness → Gift: Totality → Siddhi: Immortality) or Gene Key 18 (Shadow: Judgment).

-Identify your activation sequence & Venus sequence to trace wounds & conditioning around intimacy & desire.

-Reflect on your core wound & SQ (Spiritual Quotient) to bring compassion to where lust patterns formed.

-Contemplate: “What sacred gift is trying to emerge through this shadow?”

5. Deep Shadow Work

Shadow work brings unconscious drives into light through radical honesty, emotional presence & self-compassion.

Tools:

-Journaling dialogues with the “Lust Shadow”

-“What are you trying to protect me from?”

-“What need are you meeting?”

-Inner child work: Speak to the part of you that first learned lust = love.

-Parts work (e.g., IFS): Meet your “Lust-Driven Part” with curiosity, not judgment.

6. Practices of Transmutation

You’re not suppressing lust—you’re transmuting it into higher energy:

-Tantra (non-dual): Use breath & awareness to circulate desire up the spine (kundalini).

-Creative expression: Channel erotic energy into music, writing, art, movement.

-Embodiment practices: Dance, Qigong, or sacred sexuality that centers presence over outcome.

-Service: Use the energy of desire to serve a greater purpose.

7. Daily Integration Practices

-Meditation on the witness: Sit with urges & observe without clinging or resisting.

-Heart coherence (Living in the heart meditation, HeartMath or similar): Connect to the heart when lust arises.

-Mantra work: “I am presence. I am enough. I choose love.”

Summary Flow: Awareness (Shadow Alchemy) → Energetic Shift (Map of Consciousness) → Subconscious Reprogramming → Archetypal Illumination (Gene Keys) → Integration (Shadow Work) → Transmutation (Tantra/Service)

I have this Gene Key 28 Shadow = lustful purposelessness, which I have definitely been part of my life. Ever since my kundalini awakening in 2016, I have stepped into the Gift of totality & into the Siddhi of Immortality.

Transcending laziness—which often masks fear, resistance, or inner conflict—through Shadow Alchemy, requires soul-level honesty & deep energetic transmutation. Laziness isn’t just “not doing something”—it’s often a fragmented response to internal disempowerment, burnout, or a disconnection from purpose. Here’s a clear, holistic roadmap for working with it:

1. Shadow Alchemy: Laziness as a Messenger

Laziness is rarely the root. It’s a symptom of an unmet inner need or repressed energy.

Shadow Alchemy invites you to witness without judgment & dialogue with the laziness itself.

Ask your laziness:

-What are you trying to protect me from?

-What would happen if I took action?

-Where do I not feel safe showing up fully?

Shadow Alchemy Step: Name it, own it, feel it, love it. Laziness may be shielding a fear of failure, lack of self-worth, or even rebellion against over-control.

2. Map of Consciousness: Transcending Apathy

In Hawkins’ Map of Consciousness, laziness tends to fall in the Apathy (50) or Grief (75) zones.

These are heavy frequencies where energy is suppressed or fragmented.

Tools for transcendence:

-Neutrality (250): Cultivate non-resistance. Laziness doesn’t need to be fought—just felt & allowed to pass.

-Willingness (310): Shift from “I have to” → “I get to” → “I choose to.”

-Use the Letting Go Technique: Sit with the sensation of laziness, allow it to be there fully & breathe it out without analysis. It begins to dissolve.

3. Subconscious Reprogramming: Rewrite the Script

Laziness often hides deep beliefs like:

“If I try, I’ll fail.”

“Rest equals weakness.”

“I don’t have what it takes.”

“It’s safer to do nothing, than to be seen.”

Steps to Reprogram:

-Identify the belief: Use journaling, meditation, or muscle testing to uncover it.

-Challenge it: “Is this belief absolutely true?”

-Replace with aligned truths:

“I am allowed to rest & rise.”

“Action aligned with truth is effortless.”

“I am safe to shine & show up.”

-Use methods like EFT (tapping), Hypnotherapy, past life regression, self-hypnosis, or affirmation with emotion to embed new patterns.

4. Gene Keys: From Shadow to Siddhi

Some Gene Keys especially relevant to laziness:

-Gene Key 9Shadow: Inertia → Gift: Determination → Siddhi: Invincibility

-Gene Key 40Shadow: Exhaustion → Gift: Resolve → Siddhi: Divine Will

-Gene Key 36Shadow: Turbulence → Gift: Humanity → Siddhi: Compassion

How to work with them:

-Contemplate your Activation & Venus Sequences—where does laziness show up in your wounding patterns?

-Reflect: What sacred energy is trapped in this shadow waiting to be reclaimed?

-Ask: What would I do if I acted from the Gift, not the Shadow?

-Journaling prompts: “How does this laziness serve me?” “What would divine determination feel like in my body?”

5. Shadow Work: Meet the Inner Part that Resists

Laziness is often a protector part—not the enemy.

Try Internal Family Systems (IFS) or the Medicine Wheel practice for inner family constellation:

-Invite the “lazy” part forward.

-Ask: What are you afraid will happen if I take action?

-Befriend it. Offer it new roles: Guardian of Discernment, Keeper of Inner Balance.

-Reconnect with the Inner Self (Self-energy)—the core essence who knows.

6. Transmutation Practices

To alchemize laziness into momentum without forcing:

-Movement: Gentle Qigong, walking meditations, intuitive dance.

-Sacred action rituals: Create a sacred space for even mundane tasks—infuse intention.

-Start small: Break actions into micro-steps; momentum builds energy.

-Creative channeling: Let stored energy express itself through art, writing, or music.

7. Daily Embodiment & Integration

-Morning attunement: Set the tone energetically with heart coherence, living in the heart meditation.

-Evening inquiry: Reflect on where you honored movement vs where you avoided it—and what that taught you.

-Mantras for momentum:

-“I act in alignment with soul, not pressure.”

“I show up, not to perform, but to transform.”

Recap Flow:

Witness the Shadow (Laziness) → Raise Frequency (Map of Consciousness) → Reprogram the Root Beliefs → Contemplate Gene Key Gifts → Integrate through Shadow Work → Transmute via Sacred Action → Embody Higher Self

Transcending the negative ego allurement of gluttony requires going beneath the surface of consumption to uncover the true hunger—often emotional, spiritual, or energetic. Using Shadow Alchemy, we can transmute gluttony into presence, purpose, & embodiment. Here’s a deep alchemical roadmap:

1. Shadow Alchemy: Gluttony as a Protective Mask

Gluttony isn’t just about food—it’s about overconsumption as compensation.

It can be food, drinking, or overconsumption of using other substances like social media can be overconsumption.

It often covers pain, fear of emptiness, or a craving for connection.

Alchemical Inquiry:

-What am I really hungry for?

-What feeling am I trying to avoid or numb?

-What would I have to feel if I didn’t indulge?

Process:

-Feel the compulsion fully, without judgment.

-Name the shadow: “This is gluttony masking loneliness / grief / shame.”

-Love the part of you that overeats—it’s trying to keep you safe.

2. Map of Consciousness

Gluttony typically vibrates around the Desire (125) & Guilt (30) frequencies. These are binding energies—addictive and contractive.

How to Elevate:

-Move to Neutrality (250): Observe the impulse without acting on it.

-Move to Acceptance (350): Accept your current state with compassion, not shame.

-Practice Letting Go:

When craving arises, sit with the sensation without labeling it “bad, wrong or negative.”

Let it pass like a wave, breathing into the heart or gut center.

3. Subconscious Reprogramming: Break the Pattern

Gluttony stems from limiting beliefs & ancestral programming.

Common Inner Scripts:

“I need this to feel okay.”

“I don’t deserve nourishment unless I earn it.”

“There won’t be enough later, so I better indulge now.”

Reprogramming Tools:

-Affirmations (with emotion):

“I am nourished by life itself.”

“My body is sacred and safe to feel.”

-Self-hypnosis, hypnotherapy, regression therapy, or my sessions to find beliefs agreements release & reprogram them.

-Track the emotional moment just before indulgence. That’s where the wound lies.

4. Gene Keys: Transmute the Shadow into the Gift

Gene Keys that speak to gluttony or overconsumption:

-Gene Key 27Shadow: Selfishness → Gift: Altruism → Siddhi: Selflessness

-Gene Key 28Shadow: Purposelessness → Gift: Totality → Siddhi: Immortality

-Gene Key 15Shadow: Dullness → Gift: Magnetism → Siddhi: Florescence

Contemplative Practice:

-Read your Activation Sequence & Venus Sequence—where is nourishment or lack coded in your soul?

-Journal: “Where have I confused consumption with connection?”

-Ask: “What sacred gift is trapped within this shadow?”

5. Shadow Work: Befriend the Overeater Within

Gluttony is often an inner child’s survival strategy. Meet them.

Parts Work / IFS Style or Medicine Wheel Practice:

-Invite the “Overeater Part” to dialogue:

“What do you need right now?”

“What are you afraid would happen if you stopped?”

-Offer a new role: “You don’t have to protect me by numbing me. I’m here now.”

-Reparent the inner child—offer emotional nourishment, not food.

6. Transmutation: From Consumption to Creation

To alchemize the energy of gluttony:

-Channel the craving into movement, creativity, or living in the heart.

-Practice mindful eating as ceremony: Eat slowly, bless the food, taste with awareness.

-Use somatic embodiment: Ask your body where the craving sits & move from that place.

Transmutation Mantras:

-“I receive nourishment from Presence.”

-“I create instead of consume.”

7. Daily Integration Practices

-Morning grounding: Start your day with water, living in the heart & unity breath meditation & stillness before input or intake.

-Pause before consumption: Ask, “What do I truly need right now?”

-Nightly shadow reflection: Journal where gluttony showed up & what emotion it was trying to soothe.

Recap Flow:

Name and Witness the Shadow (Gluttony) → Raise Vibration (Map of Consciousness) → Reprogram Root Beliefs → Illuminate the Gift (Gene Keys) → Integrate through Shadow Work → Transmute with Presence → Embody Nourishment

Gluttony is often found in the Shadow Dullness, transcended with the gift of Magnetism into the Siddhi ofFlorescende. This is one of my Gene Keys.

Transcending the negative ego allurement of pride is a sacred act of surrender. Pride is often mistaken for strength, but beneath it lies insecurity, separation & fear of vulnerability. Through Shadow Alchemy, we return pride to its origin: the longing to be truly seen & loved.

Let’s break this down into a multidimensional path of integration:

1. Shadow Alchemy: Name the Mask of Pride

Pride is a defensive identity—a mask to protect the wounded inner self. It often hides shame, fear of rejection, or a belief in conditional worth.

Alchemical Questions:

-What is pride protecting me from feeling?

-What would I lose if I dropped this image?

-What do I fear people might see if I let go of being “right” or “above”?

Process:

-Witness pride without shame. Let it speak.

-Name the need beneath it: approval, safety, love, worth.

-Alchemize it through compassion, curiosity & radical honesty.

2. Map of Consciousness

On Hawkins’ scale, Pride vibrates at 175—above fear, guilt, and apathy, but still a trap because it blocks surrender & love.

Pride resists humility. It needs to look strong rather than be real.

To transcend:

-Step into Courage (200) and Neutrality (250)“I don’t need to defend or prove myself.”

-Then rise to Acceptance (350)“I am not superior or inferior. I am.”

-Use the Letting Go technique: When pride arises, feel its grip without acting on it. Let the body shake, breathe & soften.

3. Subconscious Reprogramming: Dismantle the Identity Construct

Pride often forms from survival programming like:

“I must be strong to survive.”

“Vulnerability is weakness.”

“I’m only worthy if I’m better/superior.”

“If I admit I’m wrong, I’ll be rejected/ ignored.”

Reprogram with:

-Affirmations that anchor humility as power:

“My worth is not tied to being right.”

“True power is presence, not persona.”

“Vulnerability connects me to life.”

-Use tools like:

-FT (Emotional Freedom Technique)

-Self-hypnosis (e.g., visualizing dissolving the “armor” of pride)

-Core belief release work (like Byron Katie’s “The Work”)

4. Emotional Release + Bodywork: Pride in the Body

Pride often shows up physically as rigidity, tight shoulders, clenched jaw, lifted chest, tension in the solar plexus.

Release Practices:

-Somatic inquiry:

-Feel where pride “lives” in the body.

-Let it speak, breathe into it, invite it to unwind.

-Bioenergetics / TRE / shaking to release held trauma around image and superiority.

-Heart-opening practices:

-Chest-opening yoga poses (Camel, Bridge, Cobra) & living in the heart meditation.

-Breathwork with sound: deep exhale sighs or roaring to release the persona.

5. Gene Keys: Transcend Shadow through Contemplation

Pride often links with keys involving control, identity, self-worth, and power.

Relevant Gene Keys:

-Gene Key 31Shadow: Arrogance → Gift: Leadership → Siddhi: Humility

-Gene Key 34Shadow: Force → Gift: Strength → Siddhi: Majesty

-Gene Key 26Shadow: Pride → Gift: Artfulness → Siddhi: Invisibility

Work with your specific keys through contemplation:

-Contemplate: “How is this shadow trying to protect me?”

-Ask: “What is the gift trying to emerge from this pride?”

-Journal:

“Where in my life am I performing an identity?”

“How might humility open new doors for connection & truth?”

6. Deep Shadow Work: Meet the Inner Performer

The “Prideful Self” is often a protector of the wounded child who was shamed or unseen.

Use Parts Work (IFS) or Medicine Wheel Practice:

-Invite the “Pride Persona” forward.

-Ask: “What do you fear will happen if I stop trying to prove myself?”

-Re-parent the inner child who needed to earn love.

-Let your true self (compassionate, present, whole) hold space for the part still in defense.

7. Transmutation Rituals & Embodied Integration

Alchemize pride into sacred humility through intentional action.

-Ritual: Write a “mask-burning letter” to your pride persona. Burn it with gratitude.

-Act of humility: Practice apologizing, receiving feedback, or admitting you don’t know.

-Service: Use your gifts without needing recognition—give anonymously or silently.

-Daily mantra meditation:

“I release the need to be above. I return to the heart.”

“There is nothing to prove. I simply am.”

Final Flow

Witness the Shadow (Pride) → Disarm Ego with Compassion → Reprogram Limiting Beliefs → Feel and Release Somatic Holding → Contemplate the Gene Key → Befriend the Protector → Embody Sacred Humility

Transcending the negative ego allurement of anger is an act of radical self-liberation. Anger isn’t inherently bad—it’s a sacred fire, a boundary protector, a signal of injustice or unmet needs. But when it becomes the ego’s weapon—used to dominate, defend false identity, or project unprocessed pain—it creates destruction and separation. Transmutation of anger through Shadow Alchemy, offers a path toward inner peace, power & clarity.

Here’s a multi-dimensional alchemical path:

1. Shadow Alchemy: Seeing Through the Mask of Anger

Anger is often the surface emotion. Beneath it may be:

-Betrayal (hurt)

-Injustice (wounded dignity)

-Fear of powerlessness

-Repressed grief or shame

Alchemical Inquiry:

-What is this anger protecting me from feeling?

-What part of me doesn’t feel safe, heard, or honored?

-What truth is this anger pointing me toward?

Alchemical Practice:

-Sit with the anger without acting it out or suppressing it.

-Name it: “This anger is shielding me from feeling ______.”

-Love the angry part. Let it speak its raw truth—then listen beneath it.

2. Map of Consciousness

Anger calibrates at 150 on the scale—a level of energy and drive, but still ego-bound and reactive.

Above it lies Courage (200) and Neutrality (250). Below it: Fear (100) and Guilt (30).

Transcending Anger:

-Move into Courage: “I take full ownership of my reactions.”

-Then into Acceptance: “All parts of me are welcome here.”

-Use Hawkins’ Letting Go method:

-Sit with the energy of anger.

-Let it surge without judgment.

-Release the charge through breath or body.

3. Subconscious Reprogramming: Rewire the Inner War

Anger often comes from core beliefs such as:

“I’m powerless unless I dominate.”

“The world is unfair and I must defend myself.”

“If I show my pain, I’ll be weak.”

Reprogramming Tools:

-Affirmation with somatic anchoring:

“I respond, I don’t react.”

“My power comes from presence, not force.”

“I can express without hurting verbally & non verbally.”

EFT / tapping on triggers.

Subconscious agreement clearing: Renounce inner contracts like “I must be angry to be respected.”

4. Emotional Release + Bodywork: Move the Fire

Anger lives in the liver, jaw, fists, shoulders, and solar plexus.

Release Techniques:

-Bioenergetic shaking, pounding pillows, or primal screaming (in a safe space)

-Somatic inquiry:

-Locate the anger in the body.

-Breathe into it. Let it speak, move, tremble, sound.

-TRE (Tension Release Exercises) to discharge trauma-locked energy.

-Breathwork (like Holotropic or Rebirthing) to let rage rise & be released.

Important: Let the emotion complete its arc—don’t abort it or act it out. This is sacred fire purification.

5. Gene Keys: Transmute the Shadow into the Gift

Gene Keys deeply associated with anger patterns:

-Gene Key 49Shadow: Reaction → Gift: Revolution → Siddhi: Rebirth

-Gene Key 6Shadow: Conflict → Gift: Diplomacy → Siddhi: Peace

-Gene Key 22Shadow: Dishonor → Gift: Graciousness → Siddhi: Grace

-Gene Key 55Shadow: Victimization → Gift: Freedom → Siddhi: Freedom

Contemplation Practice:

-Identify the root trigger in your Gene Key profile (especially in the Venus Sequence or Core Wound).

-Ask:

“What inner revolution is this anger calling me toward?”

“How can I express this fire in service to truth, not ego?”

-Use the Gene Key shadow → gift → siddhi ladder as a map of transmutation.

6. Shadow Work: Integrate the Angry Part

Anger often protects younger parts who were unseen, violated, or silenced.

IFS (Internal Family Systems) approach:

-Speak directly to the Angry Protector:

“What are you afraid would happen if I didn’t lash out?”

“What do you need in order to feel safe?”

-Reconnect with the exiled parts that anger defends—usually shame, grief, or vulnerability.

-Re-parent them. Give them voice in safe, sacred space.

7. Embodiment + Sacred Expression

Transmute anger into movement, art, and embodiment of truth.

-Creative fire channeling: Use anger to fuel poetry, painting, dance, activism.

-Sacred anger ritual:

Write a rage-letter (never sent).

Burn it with intention: “I release what no longer serves. I reclaim my fire.”

-Service-based transmutation: Use your fire to build, not destroy. Speak truth, set boundaries, create change.

Daily Mantras / Codes for Anger Alchemy:

My fire is sacred. I use it with wisdom.”

“I listen to my anger, then choose my response.”

“I no longer need rage to feel powerful. I stand in presence.”

Transcending the negative ego allurement of envy is a sacred return to abundance, self-worth, and divine timing.

Envy is the soul’s cry of “I’ve forgotten who I am.” Through Shadow Alchemy, envy is not destroyed—it is transmuted into inspiration, clarity & deep trust in one’s unique soul path. Here’s your full soul-level blueprint for transforming envy into empowered embodiment:

1. Shadow Alchemy: Envy as a Messenger

Envy isn’t evil—it’s a signal. It often arises when:

-You’ve disconnected from your own gifts

-You believe someone else’s success = your failure

-You carry the wound of “not enough” or “I missed my chance”

Alchemical Questions:

-What does their success trigger in me?

-Where have I abandoned the part of me that longs for this?

-What sacred potential is this envy trying to awaken in me?

Shadow Alchemy Step:

-Name the shadow: “This is envy—masked longing and wounded self-worth.”

-Bless the envy. Say: “Thank you for showing me what I desire to reclaim.”

2. Map of Consciousness

Envy vibrates around the energy of Desire (125), often laced with Guilt (30) or Fear (100).

It is rooted in lack, comparison & illusion of separation.

To rise above envy:

-Shift into Neutrality (250): “They can win and so can I.”

-Then into Acceptance (350): “I honour where I am and trust my unfolding.”

-Then into Love (500): Celebrate others as reflections of what is possible.

Practice Hawkins’ Letting Go Method:

-Sit with the feeling of envy as sensation only (without judgment).

-Let it expand, breathe into it, and release the story.

-Feel how it transforms into longing, then inspiration.

3. Subconscious Reprogramming: Rewrite the Inner Narrative

Envy is often a product of limiting subconscious beliefs such as:

“There’s not enough for me.”

“If they have it, I can’t.”

“I’m behind. I’m not chosen. I’m not enough.”

Reprogramming Techniques:

-Affirmations to recode abundance & worth:

“What is mine will not miss me.”

“Their light reflects my own.”

“There is room for all of us to rise.”

-Use EFT tapping on feelings of inferiority or scarcity.

-Renounce soul contracts like:

“I agreed to hide or play small to stay safe.”

“I agreed to compare myself in order to self-punish.”

4. Emotional Release + Bodywork: Moving Envy Out of the Body

Envy can show up as tightness in the solar plexus, shallow breathing, tight jaw, or constriction in the heart or throat.

Somatic Practices:

-Shake, breathe, or roar the stuck energy out of the body.

-Solar plexus breath: Inhale into your center, exhale with sound to release constriction.

Mirror practice:

-Look at yourself and say: “I see my light. I choose to rise.”

-Then say the same to a mental image of the person you envy.

5. Gene Keys: Shadow → Gift → Siddhi Path

Envy connects with shadows around comparison, control, inadequacy, and self-worth.

Relevant Gene Keys:

-Gene Key 44Shadow: Interference → Gift: Teamwork → Siddhi: Synarchy

-Gene Key 45Shadow: Dominance → Gift: Synergy → Siddhi: Communion

-Gene Key 36Shadow: Turbulence → Gift: Humanity → Siddhi: Compassion

-Gene Key 40Shadow: Exhaustion → Gift: Resolve → Siddhi: Divine Will

Contemplation Practice:

-When envy arises, ask:

“What soul gift is being mirrored to me in this person?”

“How is this showing me what is awakening in me?”

-Write: “Their light is my future realized. What am I being asked to reclaim?”

6. Shadow Work: Meet the Inner Orphan

At the root of envy is often a young part of you who feels unworthy, left behind, unseen, or unchosen.

Inner Parts Dialogue:

-Let the “Envious One” speak.

-Ask with love: “What do you really want? What do you need?”

-Re-parent them. Let your adult self say:

“I see you. I will never leave you behind again.”

“We will rise, together, with love and timing that is ours.”

7. Embodied Integration + Daily Practice

Alchemy in action:

-Celebrate others publicly: Gratitude breaks the comparison loop.

-Create what you envy: Envy shows what you are here to embody.

-Daily mirror mantra:

“I am enough, I am rising, I am guided.”

-Share your gifts—even imperfectly. Expression breaks suppression.

Mantras for Envy Alchemy:

“Their light shows what’s possible for me.”

“My path is sacred. My timing is divine.”

“I bless what I desire, and I let it bloom in me.”

Final Flow

Witness Envy as Longing → Raise Your Frequency (Map of Consciousness) → Rewire the Story (Belief Work) → Release Somatically (Bodywork) → Transmute through Gene Key Contemplation → Integrate the Inner Child (Shadow Work) → Act from Inspiration (Embodiment)

Greed—the negative ego’s grasping for more—is not about things; it’s about lack of connection to inner sufficiency, trust, and divine flow. To transcend greed is to reclaim your inherent abundance and worth. It’s to remember: You are the source. Through Shadow Alchemy, you can alchemize greed into generosity, gratitude & divine trust.

1. Shadow Alchemy: Greed as a Signal of Inner Poverty

Greed is not evil—it is misdirected longing. It stems from:

-Fear of loss or not having enough

-Deep insecurity masked as accumulation

-A wounded inner child who equates love with resources or safety

Alchemical Inquiry:

-What fear is this grasping covering?

-What part of me doesn’t trust life to provide?

What do I believe I’ll finally feel if I “have it all”?

Core Shift:

Greed says: “More will make me safe.”

Soul says: “Presence is the source of everything.”

2. Map of Consciousness

Greed resides within the vibration of Desire (125)—a survival-based state driven by lack and yearning. Below Desire is Fear (100), and above it, Courage (200) and Neutrality (250).

To transcend greed:

-Step into Courage: “I am willing to trust the unknown.”

-Rise into Acceptance (350): “I am provided for.”

-Anchor in Love (500): “I give because I am abundance.”

Letting Go Practice:

-Feel the grasping or craving in your body.

-Ask: “What is this wanting made of?”

-Let it dissolve with breath & presence.

3. Subconscious Belief Reprogramming

Greed is often rooted in beliefs such as:

“There’s not enough to go around.”

“If I don’t get mine, I’ll be left behind.”

“My worth depends on how much I have/control/own.”

Reprogramming Tools:

-Affirmations:

“I am supported by life itself.”

“Abundance flows through me, not to me.”

“What is mine comes with grace & ease.”

-Use EFT tapping to release scarcity beliefs.

-Clear karmic/subconscious contracts like:

“I must hoard to be safe.”

“I am only valuable if I have more than others.”

4. Emotional Release + Bodywork

Greed manifests as:

-Tension in the hands, chest, gut

-Contraction around the heart

-Restlessness or compulsive grasping energy

Body Practices:

-Open-palm meditation: Sit with hands open. Say aloud, “I release the need to hold or hoard.”

-Somatic tracking: Where does greed live in the body? Feel it, breathe into it, and let it speak.

-Movement: Shake, dance, or stretch to open areas of contraction.

-Heart-opening yoga & living in the heart meditation: Camel, fish, or bridge pose to counter possessiveness.

5. Gene Keys: Transmute the Shadow into the Gift

Shadows connected with greed are often rooted in control, scarcity & disconnection.

Relevant Gene Keys:

-Gene Key 21Shadow: Control → Gift: Authority → Siddhi: Valor

-Gene Key 54Shadow: Greed → Gift: Aspiration → Siddhi: Ascension

-Gene Key 14Shadow: Compromise → Gift: Competence → Siddhi: Bounteousness

-Gene Key 27Shadow: Selfishness → Gift: Altruism → Siddhi: Selflessness

Contemplation Practice:

Ask: “How can I use my desire as fuel for soul aspiration instead of ego grasping?”

Contemplate:

“What am I truly hungry for?”

“Where do I already overflow?”

Gene Key 54 is especially potent here—it shows how Greed (shadow), when purified through service and vision, becomes Aspiration (gift) and ultimately Ascension (siddhi).

6. Shadow Work: Meet the Inner Scarcity Child

Greed is usually a protector of an inner child who:

-Grew up with lack (emotional or material)

-Was taught love is earned or scarce

-Believed they had to “take” or “perform” to be worthy

IFS / Inner Child Dialogue:

-Meet the one who clings, hoards, fears.

-Ask: “What do you need to feel safe now?”

-Offer inner holding, reassurance, and new beliefs: “You don’t have to take—you’re already provided for.”

7. Embodied Integration + Sacred Expression

From grasping → giving

From hoarding → flowing

From fear → devotion

Daily Practices:

-Give generously, even symbolically (time, love, attention).

-Bless others’ abundance instead of resenting it.

-Sacred money work: Track spending with reverence and gratitude.

-Ritual: Place a coin or object on your altar. Say:

“I surrender this token of fear. I remember I am the source.”

Mantras for Greed Transmutation:

“I am not empty. I am a vessel of the divine.”

“What I give multiplies. What I hoard decays.”

“My abundance is rooted in trust.”

Final Alchemy Flow

Witness the Shadow (Greed) → Elevate Frequency (Map of Consciousness) → Rewrite the Subconscious (Beliefs) → Release the Body (Somatics) → Contemplate the Path (Gene Keys) → Reparent the Scarcity Self (Shadow Work) → Embody Flow (Integration)
